2024/05/20 Matters needing attention after items are shipped

After we ship out your item, your item will be sent from our warehouse to your address.
To ensure the item arrive quickly and safely, we would like have your cooperation after shipping.

1. Please track your item until it has arrived. 

Please use the tracking number we provided to check the location of your item. 

In the case where it shows item kept by local post office (sometimes it may say "on hold" "held by post office" or "retention", and your local post office may or may not leave a pick-up notice), please contact the post office or customs office immediately (within the DUE DATE).

**There are cases where the package has returned to Japan after the storage period and customer never received the "Undeliverable Item Notice" or "Customer Notice". 

Therefore, please track the items UNTIL IT HAS ARRIVED. 

 2. If tracking status stopped updating.

If the tracking shows the item has arrived in your country and has been released by the custom, please wait patiently during this stage while the package is being handed over to the local post office by the custom. You should contact your local post office directly if no updates 5 days after custom clearance.
