2025/06/20 Furniture Shipping Unavailable to Canada Due to Ongoing DHL Strike

Dear Customers,

Due to an ongoing strike, DHL Express has temporarily suspended all shipments to Canada. As we currently use DHL Express to ship our furniture products, we regret to inform you that we are unable to ship furniture orders to Canada until further notice.

Please note that this disruption does not affect our Japanese dessert gift sets. These continue to be shipped via EMS Japan Post, and all Canadian orders for desserts will be processed and delivered as usual.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. We are closely monitoring the situation and will resume furniture shipping to Canada as soon as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team.
