2025/10/06 Suspension of Dessert Shipments to Canada

Dear Customers,

We are temporarily unable to ship our Japanese dessert products to Canada, since Japan Post has suspended all international mail services to Canada as of October 6, 2025, due to the ongoing Canada Post strike.

Please note that furniture orders will not be affected, as they are shipped via DHL Express and will continue as usual.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience during this period. We will resume dessert shipments to Canada as soon as Japan Post restores its international mail service.
