More than 40 Manufacturing Steps

From the initial thread to the final product, we deliver a meticulously crafted blanket that has undergone an extensive and dedicated manufacturing process. 

General Process:

Spooling Thread -> Warping -> Knitting -> Centre Cut -> Dyeing -> Washing -> Drying -> Brushing (5 times) -> Fiber Combing (9 times) -> Polishing (2 times) - Shearing -> Fiber Combing (9 times) -> Shearing-> Fiber Combing -> Polishing (2 times) -> Fiber Combing -> Shearing (2 times) -> Sewing 

 

Brushing process: by brushing the fibers to them stand, it becomes easier to trap air, making it warmer.

Untangling (Fiber Combing): loosens twisted fibers to create a fluffy texture.

Polishing: uses heat to stretch the fibers, enhancing shine and volume.

Shearing: evenly trims the surface fibers to achieve a smooth touch.
